Gore-Tex Soft Shell is used in construction due to it's ability to keep you dry from the weather while allowing sweat to escape through a micro-porous membrane. The Adidas Terrex Windstopper Soft Shell is made with soft, versatile and comfortable fabrics which allows it to be used for any activity ranging from dog walking to ice climbing.Other features on the Terrex Windstopper include an adjustable hood, ventilation zips and Adidas Formotion for the maximum performance movement. Adidas really have put some effort in with the Terrex Windstopper jacket and it's come out beautifully well.

So far so good.The large size fitted perfectly and i coul easily fit a couple of base underneath. The cuff and hem adjusters worked a treat. The volume adjuster and drawcord on the hood ensured a sung fit when required.The gore fabric provided good breathability,when I worked up a sweat going uphill the pit zips provided excellant venting and along with the cuff and hem adjusters ensured rapid cooling.It easily repelled light showers and on a very windy day it certainly lived up to it's name.
