For Black Diamond it's all about climbing and skiing. Originally set up and still staffed by some of the most avid climbers and skiers in the world, Black Diamond produce gear that can be trusted 100%. Originally started in 1957 by Yvon Chouinard, he launched Black Diamond by making pitons by hand in his back garden and selling them on days out in Yosemite from the back of his car. Black Diamond have now grown to service three continents and have an unenviable reputation.
