The Bridgedale Ventum Light Hiker Sock offers light, cushioned, ventilated, Anti-microbial, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal protection. The Ventum's are great for either boots or shoes. Perfect for Hiking activities in warmer conditions the Ventum light hiker has an asymmetric left and right foot design which reduces weight. Fine-knit impact cushioning and Over-foot ventilation improves breathability.Features

Thick but thin
I can only describe these socks as thick but thin. When you put them on, they have a feel of being quite thick but it's just the quality and cushioning. In fact, they are like a long sport sock but with support and cushioning worthy of a hiking boot. I have worn them for short walks in my boots and for whole days in my Gore-tex trainers. At the end of the day they still felt fresh and no smell. So, although having the impression and feel of a thicker sock (just the cushioning in all the right places), they breath very well. Could be the ultimate sock for summer walks.

Bought these has a trial and found them very comfy and warm.I would defininetly recommend but i have not tried in winter yet.

Coolest socks on the Block
Simply put, I won't use anything else in summer. They keep my feet cool but are decent enough to stomp 14 miles in a day without my feet getting in to trouble.
