great socks!
These are great liner socks, worn to great effect in the alps for the last couple of weeks (I bought several pairs!). Very comfy and effective at keeping odour down!

Warm as toast
During recent cold weather, needed something to keep feet warm and these socks were riht up to the mark. Even with 4 inches of snow on the ground and a biting northerly wind, My feet were warm. Would certainlky buy moree from Icebreaker.

Marvellous merino makes for super socks!
Top notch socks which kept my feet comfortable and dry for three consecutive days without getting smelly. Not much warmth or cushioning - but that's not the point of a liner sock. Used with Icebreaker Hiker walking socks they do a superb job. Very pleased with them and would highly recommend them. In fact, I'll probably buy some more...

warm feet in the Antarctic
We used these as liners for our Antarctic trip. Actually we used two pairs and ski socks inside the wellington boots necessary for the wet landings. It's true, they don't make your feet sweaty and they are very comfortable. Also, even though I am normally wool sensitive, they didn't make me itch.
