Long search over!
I needed warm socks that stayed up but didn't have a 'grip ring' at the top. These are better than I could have hoped for! They act as a compression sock, and are really comfy and cosy too. Too soon for me to rate wear.

Bit short for me
Very warm and comfortable, however I would like them just a wee bit longer so that they go over my calfs rather than stop just before the top - cutting in to my circulation!

Left or right
Few socks have different left and right feet - for skiing socks this is excellent as there isn't much room for error. Could be difficult after a wee bevy the night before I suppose though they are clearly marked. Worked very well at low temperatures - so good that I didn't take them off all week!
