The Keen Women's Butte Shoes are an open toe delight to let the wind carress your toes. A true hybrid between sandal and shoe, the Buttes lightweight qualities ensure it is a great choice for summer hikes. Loving water, the Keen Women's Buttes have a synthetic upper married to a hydrophobic mesh underneath that is similar to wetsuit material, it ensures they are supremely comfortable on your feet.The Butte's also feature the Keen S3 heel support structure. Shock, Stability and Suspension are the watchwords of the S3 so every time you stride out, the Butte's spread the load and make for one comfortable pair of shoes. A bungee cord lace up system completes the easy going philosophy.

Great shoes, narrower than expected
I love Keen shoes as I have wide feet - these are fab quality but narrower than other Keen's I have purchased.

Very fit for purpose
Was able to put them on for the first time on the first day of a fifteen day holiday and be comfortable and safe. This was in all conditions on Easter Island and Chile : hot , very cold, rain and wind but obviously not so good for the sand!
