The Lifesystems 4 - 6 man bothy is a lightweight survival bothy for up to 6 people. Ideal as emergency protection from the elements for a group of mountaineers, as a shelter for when having your lunch, reading a map or taking a break when the elements are against you on the hill.Widely used by Mountain Rescue Teams, Outdoor Centres or clubs, Lifesystem's bothy's provide a haven whilst on the hill.

More "4" than "6"
Decided to buy one of these for the family rucsac. Fits 2 adults and 3 kids at a pinch - wouldn't want to use one with 5 other large blokes, but I guess in an emergency anything is better than nothing. It will be interesting to see how durable it is, and getting the thing in and out of the built in pocket in the wind can be challenging, but overall I think a useful addition to safety gear if you're going off the beaten track.

A great bit of kit.
Nice light weight and a sturdy shelter, will fit 6 at a squeeze but at least it will be cosy.
