Made of durable plastic, the Alpine Utensils are the perfect companion for backpacking cookware, and are recommended for use with all non-stick coatings, as they won't scratch the finish.The Alpine Utensil Set has recently been re-designed making them more glove friendly, and the strainer now doubles as a cheese grater.

used each of these items now, only had for a few month but so far no problems at all, folding tools are a good idea and work well, and as long as they are looked after shouldn't have a problem with them breaking.
