DAC Featherlite NSL
combine Featherlite and Press-Fit poles to create a pole where different diameter poles can connect together without additional parts or weak points.
Rip Stop -
This is a lightweight nylon fabric with interwoven ripstop reinforcement threads in a crosshatch pattern. It is woven with a coarse, strong warp and filling yarns at intervals so that tears will not spread. Ripstop is used in construction of hot air balloons and yacht sails but in this case very effectively on outdoor clothing.

Eos 1p
Good , plenty of room for one . Value for money, Light , easy to put up. not so good, could do with pegging point(or 2) on entry side (easy self fix) could do with a two way zip on entry, and make outer an inch longer . but now is not really the time of year to use a tent like this ,should really come into it's own in the milder month's and abroad.

A practical & well made tent.
Setting up the tent is easy but the instructions are not clearly comprehendable and do not integrate sketches . Furthermore the matching colours of the poles edges and the holes in the canopy are not different and visible as mentioned. It's a cosy tent with pretty much enough space excluding the roof height which is relatively short and not that practical but after all it's a one person tent. The materials seem to be of the higher quality. My only serious concern is the size of the rain fly which is a bit shorter than the canopy ( except if it stretches when wet ) which might allow leakages in the head side. (will leave a feedback regarding that matter on the Marmot site when i will have encountered rain ).

great value and design
a doddle to pitch and take down; five minutes max for each. ventilates well to avoid condensation. very well sized vestibule - accommodated two full panniers, shoes, and space to cook with space to spare. very easy access.
