The Marmot 8000 Metre Mitts are not for the faint hearted. These mittens are here to protect you during the depths of winter while you're attempting to make the summit of some of the highest peaks in the world. The 8000 Meter mitts feature a Gore-Tex Paclite shell which is waterproof, breathable and lightweight. This is then backed up further by a Gore-Tex insert which has a removable 700+ fill power down mitten.Marmot have combined the finest materials and concepts from man and nature into a mitt which will be sure to protect you from the cold and wet in the most inhospitable conditions on the planet.
