Product Description

The Montane Terra Pants for men are a serious 4 season mountain pant designed to be hard wearing, lightweight and comfortable. Montane have used a combination of Cordura, Tactel and Teflon fabrics which together create a comfortable, durable and water resistant mountain trouser. The Teflon helps rain and snow to bead and roll off the trousers while the Cordura shrugs off scrapes and scratches from the rigours of mountain life. Tactel is a nylon fabric which gives the feel of cotton but is much stronger and weatherproof, it has an extremely tight weave which also helps with the water resistance.

The Montane Terra Pants are lightweight, quick drying, durable, comfortable and weatherproof mountain trousers ideal for any adventure traveller or mountain walker.

UPF is the Ultra-Violet Protection Factor that you receive from Montane clothing. The higher the number the more protection from the suns harmful rays you get.

Rip Stop

This is a lightweight nylon fabric with interwoven ripstop reinforcement threads in a crosshatch pattern. It is woven with a coarse, strong warp and filling yarns at intervals so that tears will not spread. Ripstop is used in construction of hot air balloons and yacht sails but in this case very effectively on outdoor clothing.

Packs Small

Comes with it's own stuff sack so it packs small to take up less room in your pack and can be easily accessed in case of a downpour.
