The Dreamcatcher 450 sleeping bag is the lightest in Mountain Equipment's classic range of down bags. With the Dreamcatcher sleeping bags you get all the features but at a value for money price. the 85/15 split of 625 fill power down keeps the price down at a slight increase in weight but means Mountain Equipment can include features more familiar with top end bags. The TDS elasticated baffles stretch with movement making it a very comfortable bag, whilst box wall baffles and the classic Mountain Equipment hood keep cold and wind at bay.
The vulnerable foot area gets a Sharks Tooth design to reduce compression of the down along with a 5 baffle Bulls-Eye foot piece to ensure no cold spots. The neck gets a similar level of features with a 3D neck collar and the Gemini baffles that combine down and synthetic insulation. A new ripstop shell is fully DWR treated to complete the package, making a great summer and autumn sleeping bag.

The bag is exceptionally comfortable due to the elasticated areas which allow for much more free movement within the bag. I wish I could find a similarly elasticated liner to make full use of this feature however.r
Only used it at down to 5 degrees so far and it has kept me warm and snug.
