Mountain Equipment

Wonderful trousers! Excellent durability and value for money. I already had one pair and this was my second pair so when one is in the wash, I will have the other to wear!

Excellent service! I will be ordering from webtogs again; I am so glad I found you on the internet!!!

Better than the competition

Superbly designed and made mountain pants. The tight lower legs with ankle zips to adjust around the boot are great for those of us who wouldn't be seen dead in Ron Hills and the like, and don't want flappy leggings either.

I already bought a comparable garment from Rohan but these are far superior. Better overall design, better quality zips, and more comfortable.

Been on the two highest mountains in Norway in these

Ive really enjoyed these pants. And are without a doubt the best buy ive made on this site.

They have a slight windbreaking ability, while maintaining super flexibility and have enough zips so its enable to breath if you wish so.

I used them every day for a 5 day trip in the norwegian mountains, and it was pure win!

These are mountain pants, they can be used in the autumn / winter, they feel too hot for a rather cold danish summer though.

All in all, a really good product. And the price is the best ive seen.

Good Walking Trousers

Good walking trousers which won't flap about in the wind. I purchased these to replace a pair of Berghaus Statis trousers and think they are more comfy with more flex. Slightly tighter a the bottom of the leg but the added zips counteract this just fine.

Great product.

These are a great softshell, very similar to the Berghaus Statis pant from a few years ago but much better. They give great freedom of movement and have enough good postioned pockets. Like all Mountain Equipment gear it is on the small size. Can't fault in any way.

Ibex Pant in SKYE

Chaps,

i tried those trousers in SKYE for a climbing week-end in the Cuillins.
They are fantastic, we had rain and sunshine, and they really kept me warm and repel the rain quite well. They are equally good for climbing and walking, as they fit extremelly well, are comfortable and very light, as compared to other heavy duty mountaineering trousers. I really felt that the flexibility helped me with the hard climbing moves.
Price is a bit high, but you pay for the quality I gues. Really recomended.

Great all round activity trouser.

I bought these trousers primarily just for walking, however they perform brilliantly for mountain biking as well.
Considering their light weight, they are
suprisingly tough and windproof.
Their fit means that even without zipping in the ankle, I have had no problems with them catching in the chain.
The fact that they've been worn everyday since I bought them (with a few washes in between!) says it all really.

Brilliant activity trousers

I bought these trousers especially for cycling in because of the narrow legs towards the ankle, which don't get stuck in the chain. The stretch and rain/wind resistance are also important. They seem to do everything I wanted, although I haven't really tested them in the rain yet. I've also worn them to do floor exercises, and they were brilliant! They are the best pair of walking trousers I've ever owned (and I've had a lot).
