The Women’s Classic Lightline Jacket from Mountain Equipment is a popular technical duvet ideal for cold weather cragging, Scottish winter and Alpine summer use. A tried and tested long term favourite, the Women’s Classic Lightline is a simply constructed duvet jacket, which has recently undergone further improvements.Now with a revised, fully adjustable stud-off hood the Women’s Classic Lightline Jacket benefits from a Drilite Loft outer which is totally windproof and highly water resistant. Ideal for use in the changeable weather conditions found in British winters the Classic Lightline Jacket is also perfect protection for lightweight Alpine use.

Drilite is an exceptionally light, highly breathable and water resistant shell fabric which protects down clothing and sleeping bags from dampness. Drilite is used on most Mountain Equipment down items due to it's unique ability to protect down from the weather at such a low weight. |

Stitched Through Construction - Down garments and equipment constructed using a stitch through construction which helps keep down in place and reduce clumping. This construction is used mostly on mid to low weight down items. |

YKK Zippers are used for their robust and water resistant properties. YKK uses the combination of locking teeth together and a PU coated strip to create a barrier between you and the elements. |

No Cold Wrists
Great option if like me you have longer than average arms. I found the North Face jacket short by more than an inch but this one is perfect! Nice fit, light and warm enough for the UK, not sure it is enough for a colder climate though
