The Viperine 2 Tent from Mountain Hardwear features Vertical walls and an innovative, single-pole hub design create an exceptionally roomy two person backpacking tent. It has Mountain Hardwear's Lightweight Atlas 7001 poles that reduce weight and a large, dry entry vestibule that stores gear and protects from rain. The Viperine 2 has Mountain Hardwears guaranteed watertight construction.The Viperine 2 is a great tent for pitching when a narrow footprint is needed and will stay as still as a lake in summer even in the worst of weather.

- Guaranteed watertight construction with fully taped fly, taped perimeter seam, welded corners and welded guy clip anchors. Rain room tested with 1200" of rain in 24 hours.
- Crosshub pole structure increases usable space, creates a very stable pole structure and is easy to set up
- Atlas 7001 pole system is strong, lightweight, durable, resistant to corrosion and dents, and easy to service by hand in the field
- Pitch Light configuration allows user to set up a superlight shelter using only the tent fly, poles and footprint (sold separately)
- Vestibule design creates a dry entry into tent
- One dual canopy/mesh door with dual-slider zipper for easy entry and exit
