Product Description
Nikwax Tech Wash 1 ltr is a brilliant wash-in cleaner for waterproof clothing and equipment. Tech Wash safely revitalises breathability and water-repellency, without impacting breathability as a standard detergent would do. As a non-detergent soap, Tech wash can also be used regularly to clean clothing and equipment without damaging the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coatings on your clothing and gear. FInish the job with Nikwax TX direct wash in to waterproof your garments.Features

Tech details
Use neat Tech Wash and a sponge or soft nylon brush to treat stubborn stains before washing. Remove all non-washable parts. Shake well before use. Follow care label instructions. Do not use detergents.
Machine Wash:
Remove all detergent build-up from the detergent dispenser.
Place item(s) in washing machine (maximum 2 items).
Use 150ml in medium/hard water* areas and 100ml in soft water areas for 1-2 items.
Wash according to care label.
Hand Wash (use gloves):
Immerse item(s) in hand-hot water in sink or bowl.
Use 150ml in medium/hard water* areas and 100ml in soft water areas for 1-2 items.
Rinse 3 times in clean water.
Drying:
Air dry or tumble dry on a low setting if care label allows.
Machine Wash:

Waterproof Magic
An excellent product for washing and waterproofing. Follow the instructions. I use it for rain jackets, sailing gear, dog's waterproof coats (often), etc. Smells nice, too.

Very good product
This product is easy to use in your washing machine, and seems to do the job,as the Nikwax Wash-In takes to the garment well. Key test will be after a few washings to see if garment retains waterproofing

A MUST
This is a value for money product which is a must for washing of puffa jackets and coats and there are many washes within the 1 litre bottle.

Good Product at a good price
Been using this product for years for washing all our walking gore tex and windblock coats. Follow the dosing instructions carefully, if you use too much you may have an overflow from your washing machine!!!! (I have inadvertently done this a couple of times, but completely my own fault).

brilliant product
what a wonderful idea, an easy to use product that not only cleans waterproof clothing fantastically well, but waterproofs them at the same time.
our hi-viz jackets are now bright again and we can use this product on other waterproofs eg trousers, gloves, gilets which will prolong their useful life. terrific.

Saved my bacon!

I was given a beautiful new Puffa for Christmas and fortunately read the washing label before randomly putting in the washing machine. I instantly purchased the recommended washing liquid, Tech Wash, never having heard of it before, which has saved my Puffa from loosing its waterproofness.Beware, though, the smell of the liquid is not as fragrant as it could be!
