The Infinity 500 Down Sleeping Bag is a new down bag and it features new technology which has given Rab the ability to cut weight, maximise warmth and reduce down migration. All these are achieved through a new vertical baffle system called Insotect Flow Technology.

850 fill power down is used to insulate the Infinity Bags which are then wrapped in Pertex Quantum QL fabric which is one of the lightest and most comfortable fibres made by man. Pertex Quantum is downproof, super-light and is treated with a DWR coating to allow moisture to bead and roll away before penetrating the sleeping bag.

The Infinity Sleeping bags also have synthetic insulation zip baffles which prevent the cold from entering the bag through the zips. Angled foot box as standard so you'll be sure to have a warm comfortable nights sleep without the dreaded cold toes keeping you up.

The Infinity 500 Sleeping Bag is ideal for highland and Alpine adventures where weight is a key factor during tough conditions.

850 Fill Power

The top end of the market, offering exceptional warmth to weight ratios. 800 fill power is rare and expensive but gives expedition level performance or options for ultralight construction. The high loft down compresses well, keeping pack size down whilst standing up to the most extreme conditions

Pertex Quantum

technology is the lightest of the Pertex fabrics and it shows the best strength to weight ratio. Pertex Quantum is down proof and withstands the abuse of hardcore use.

YKK Zips

are used for their robust and water resistant properties. YKK uses the combination of locking teeth together and a PU coated strip to create a barrier between you and the elements.

Rip Stop

This is a lightweight nylon fabric with interwoven ripstop reinforcement threads in a crosshatch pattern. It is woven with a coarse, strong warp and filling yarns at intervals so that tears will not spread. Ripstop is used in construction of hot air balloons and yacht sails but in this case very effectively on outdoor clothing.

DWR

- Durable Water Repellent, is a coating added to fabrics to help add to their water repellency and shed water and snow more effectively.

Angled Foot Box

- Sleeping bags with an angled foot box have been made to fit your feet so that you can lie in a natural position making it more comfortable and also to reduce compression of the down and reduce heat loss.
