The Rab Vapour-Rise Jacket for men is a lightweight insulated jacket which works supremely well in the battle for weather protection and breathability. The Vapour-Rise range was designed by Rab with Pertex to provide a 2 layer system which gives windproof and breathable qualities.
This Vapour Rise jacket offers a performance jacket which can be used in so many different activities from hill walking to mountain biking. The jacket excels for year round mountain walking, with fully protective features and a balance of windproofing, warmth and breathability.

- Detachable rollaway hood secured to collar with zip and velcro. Features new foam interlined wired peak. Drawcord and velcro adjustable
- 2 zipped hand warmer pockets and 1 zipped chest pocket

- New adjustable, laminated velcro cuff tabs
- Collar drawcord to help keep out the elements when hood is not in use

This is an indispensable jacket during Autumn, Winter and Spring. I use it for everyday activities, jogging, cycling and working outside in inclement weather. Great wind proofing and good water proof attributes, keeps me dry in light/moderate rain and I use a gore-tex outer layer when the rain is really bad. It is un-restrictive and rustle free when worn. It is an athletic fit, I am 6'1" tall, 15 stone, 43" Chest/35" Waist. I wear a size large in this jacket and can get a thin fleece underneath, although you wont need it. I have long arms and find the sleeve length perfect. It keeps me comfortably warm throughout the activities listed above. I wear a base/mid-layer with this jacket when it is below -2. Used with another jacket/fleece over it, it becomes seriously warm and is great for static/low-aerobic activity use when cold. Extremely breathable when running/cycling and your core warmth isn't compromised when the jacket gets wet. A highly recommended jacket.REVIEW BY: Happy Al

The jacket arrived in time for a winter trip to Ben Nevis. Combined with a base layer it was warm enough on belays and cool enough when leading and it provoded perfect protection from Zero Gully's ever present spindrift. I'll be wearing in a lot more!REVIEW BY: Whorlhill
