The Rab Women's Latok Ice Gauntlet gloves are designed for the hard core alpine climbers and mountain walkers. An eVent waterproof membrane insert ensures the wet stays out and allows your hands to breathe at the same time. Breathability is essential in mountain gloves simply because if moist air is allowed to stay in the gloves then the cold weather turns the moist air into ice. This will make your hands cold and uncomfortable, something that could potentially be dangerous.To keep your hands toasty Rab have used Primaloft insulation in the Latok Ice Gauntlet which is low in weight and great at keeping you warm. Primaloft, unlike down, performs well in all conditions wet and dry. A Pittards Armortan leather palm has been added for superior abrasion resistance and grip, perfect for making your way up an ice waterfall!
