A life saver
I used this liner while sleeping in lodges and tents in the Himalaya. In lodges i used it under the blankets that were provided and in tents with my sleeping bag. I was warm and comfy all along and the liner has enough space to allow you to wriggle around without the feeling of being trapped in a cocoon. The hood is really the icing on the cake. Sleeping with beanies or a balaclava was not an option so sliding the hood over my head with just my eyes showing kept my head warm without the claustrophobic feeling of having something tight around your head.
