HyVent is a waterproof, breathable technology that utilises a three-layer construction to stay simultaneously breathable and waterproof in extreme conditions. The durable woven outer layer protects the wearer from abrasion. The mid-layer utilises a PU coating and micro pores to channel water vapour from the inner layer to the outer, while keeping water out. The comfortable inner layer also channels moisture up to the micro pores. |

I looked at a lot of hats and decided to go for this one as its North Face, which usually means quality and has a degree of water resistance.I've not been dissapointed, this hat is uber warm, and looks quite snazzy too. I normally wear a 57/58cm hat and this fits perfectly. Its worth spending a few extra quid to get a quality piece of kit

Warmest hat ever
This hat is SO warm! Well built, waterproof fabric, snug and comfortable. I'll never need another hat!! Well worth the money.

Great hat for the really cold weather. Keeps the old noggin toasty and dry. Teeny tiny bit on the tight side but hopefully that will change with continued wear and tear
