Jacket great, customer service e excellent
Can't say much about the jacket bought it in the sale and the same week the weather changed can't complain lovely sun shine, the first thing I noticed was the inner cuffs they felt so soft. I'm a city guy and I think this jacket will do the job.
Customer service excellent, bought the wrong size spoke to Lucy, had none left in stock so she checked returns 1 was booked for a return and she reserved it for me. Thanks webtogs

A superb down jacket, it is VERY warm and made from heavyweight materials. Probably not suited to athletic activities due to its warmth and weight, but for a day to day cold winter jacket it is awesome.REVIEW BY: juanwell

Recently purchased Men's North Face Ice Jacket. Service was very good, despite poor weather considitions, jackety arrived within 4 days. Product is excellent, as seen on website, no complaints. Would shop here again.

Fantastic Jacket & Customer service!
I ordered from two other web shops who said on website item in stock - email next day to say NOT in stock and cannot get anymore. Found WEBTOGS by chance as I was about to give up..Decided to call up first before placing order 'IN STOCK'.. I was given advice on size - very helpful, not pushy at all and informaton given was spot on and relevant - order arrived when they said it would - packaged well and returns policy gave me Overall confidence. I have not had as good service as this before, 100% recommended. The jacket fits as if it was made for me, and as expected from North Face, fantastic well made and such a great winter jacket. Worn with pride.

Fantastic jacket
This my first North Face winter jacket and my first WebTogs purchase so I was unsure about what to expect from both.
The jacket is amazingly warm. Just how warm this thing is borders on miraculous. On the coldest day of the year (-8 degrees c) I was out wearing just a t-shirt under this jacket, and didn't even feel a chill.
The attention to detail in the manufacture of this product is great too, with smart soft-fabric draught excluders at the cuffs and detachable hood sections. It also helps that this is a pretty cool jacket from a fashion perspective. What can I say, I'm a fan.
As far as WebTogs is concerned... well, while the North Face stores I visited told me that there was no stock of any of these jackets in their London stores, WT had them ready to send out. My jacket turned up on tip top condition, promptly and perfectly packaged. Plus they were cheaper than North Face. What more could you ask for?
Great product from North Face, great service from WebTogs. It's all good.

Very impressive Customer Service !
Decided to call up first before placing order to discuss colour choice and size's - very helpful, not pushy at all and informaton given was spot on and relevant - order arrived when they said it would - packaged well and returns policy gave me Overall confidence.
The Ice Jacket 'parker' itself - is great and feels like you are putting on a well built expensive trendy jacket for the recent artic conditions - very warm, heavy, and keeps out snow and rain whilst looking good too.

Good warm jacket for use around town. It felt comfortable at around -5 to -10 centigrade with few layers underneath. The hood is deep enough that the fake fur around the edge can obstruct vision, and with the fur removed, the hood is a little too shallow. Also, the outer layer is rigid enough to make the jacket less suitable for any activities involving a lot of movement. However, this is not a problem for urban use.
