The Men's North Face Nuptse Vest is the sleeveless version to the ever popular down Nuptse Jacket, but with an extra layer of taffeta on the shoulders for some extra abrasion resistance. Insulated with 700-fill down, Nuptse Vest is extremely warm, lightweight and highly compressible. Wear this down vest alone in cold, dry conditions and can easily be worn under a weatherproof shell during wet winter storms.The compressible Nuptse Vest fits easily into your pack, so you'll have a warm core layer for lunch breaks or chilly camping nights. With stitched through construction that keeps down from shifting around and the double layer of taffeta at the shoulders adds durability under your backpack straps. Rip StopThis is a lightweight nylon fabric with interwoven ripstop reinforcement threads in a crosshatch pattern. It is woven with a coarse, strong warp and filling yarns at intervals so that tears will not spread. Ripstop is used in construction of hot air balloons and yacht sails but in this case very effectively on outdoor clothing. |

Nice one Webtogs!
This is my idea of shopping. You know what you want, you search the internet and up pops a brilliant site like webtogs who have a range of colours and sizes in stock, at a discounted price and free/prompt delivery. All hassle free. The gilet arrived today well packaged in a box! Can't comment too much on the product as it is for my Christmas but a sneeky peak confirms that this is a quality item that fits well as per the size chart. Feels very warm and very light and will be ideal for the winter. I'm well pleased.

If you want the best then The North Face and Webtogs cannot be beaten. Have tried other makes and distributors but found nothing to match Webtogs and TNF. This purchase will complement the Nuptse Jacket purchased 18 months ago from Webtogs but last year they did not have my size; my advice is buy from Webtogs when they have your size. Purchased 4 my Husband 4 his birthday . Normally he hates everything I buy him clothes wise and end up sending back but this body warmer he absolute loved . Good fit. Hasn t tried it out yet as weather turned extremely warm when I purchased always the way but looks like he will be nice and warm next winter. No downsides to tihs product. I tried so hard to find an alternative to the North Face Gilet because they seem to be almost everywhere! But there is a reason for their popularity: for warmth, comfort, weight, look at comparable price, I just cannot find any competition.rMy only surprise was that I had to buy S instead of Med.r

I bought this for my hubby for christmas and he absolutely loves it! It is really lightweight and very cosy. He seriously wears it all the time! Well worth the money. great value, fast delivery
The vest is really warm and versatile - it can be used as outerwear or layered. I'd been after one for a while but the price was too expensive from other retailers. The price from Webtogs was great, and it arrived much earlier than I expected. would definitely buy from them again.
