The attached elastic-bound hood offers plenty of comfort and added protection for the neck and head when the weather closes in or to retain heat.With a flattering cut, the Windwall 2 Jacket sits just below the hips but is still short enough for belaying without being cumbersome. A single arm pocket secures small items while the two hand warmer pockets provide plenty of soft, warming protection to thaw out any frozen fingers.

Traditional fleece tests at 200 CFM, a relatively porous rating compared to WindWall, which rates between 10 and 40 CFM. Some WindWall fabrics achieve wind resistance through their densely knit construction, while others use bonding and lamination technologies.
All WindWall fabrics cut 80 to 95% of wind, keeping the outdoor athlete warm while allowing enough airflow to ensure a dry and comfortable fit.
