The North Face Women's Nuptse Vest is the sleeveless version of the Nuptse Jacket but it's still a best seller for the North Face. The Nuptse is a down vest that lives for the colder and cooler weather conditions. The North Face manage to ram 700+ fill power down in the the Women's Nuptse Vest and this is what keeps your core body warm. The Lateral baffles keep the down in place using a stitched through construction, which is the most lightweight and effective construction for mid weight down vests.The North Face Nuptse Vest has a double layer of taffeta on the shoulders to help with abrasion resistance while carrying a backpack, this also gives TNF a chance to add a different colour into the mix giving the vest a smart and clean cut look.
To keep the down in place and help the Nuptse shed any precipitation The North face have used a DWR treated nylon fabric, this gives the down a certain amount of protection from the weather by causing rain or snow to bead and run off the surface of the vest.
All in all the Nuptse Vest is a brilliant down garment and is at home in the city and the mountains alike.

Stitched Through Construction - Down garments and equipment constructed using a stitch through construction which helps keep down in place and reduce clumping. This construction is used mostly on mid to low weight down items. |

Rip Stop - This is a lightweight nylon fabric with interwoven rip stop reinforcement threads in a cross hatch pattern. It is woven with a coarse, strong warp and filling yarns at intervals so that tears will not spread. Rip stop is used in construction of hot air balloons and yacht sails but in this case very effectively on outdoor clothing. |

Packs Small - The Nuptse Vest Packs into one of the pockets so it packs small to take up less room in your pack and can be easily accessed in case of a downpour. |

I bought this gorgeous Nuptse vest in preparation for the cold winter in our new house. I'm delighted with it - it's like wearing a duvet but it's not too bulky. Lovely colour. Can't wait for it to be cold enough to wear it. I think I'll be living in it. Flattering cut and I'd say a medium is a generous 14 - plenty of room for a thick jumper underneath. the gilet is exactly as it looks online. it is top quality and a gorgeous colour. ri am size 10/12 & ordered a small, which is definately roomy enough for a couple of layers underneath. love it & cant wait for it to come into its own in the winter :)

I had a fantastic experience with Webtog. The customer service was amazing the only thing that didn't go as smoothly was TNT international but again thanks to your customer service everything got sorted.The northface jacket is a fantatsic piece of kit. I got one for Xmas a few years ago than my husband got one and this one was a present for my sister who LOVES it too!

Superb bit of kit!
I bought this to replace my wife's 7 year old Nuptse gilet, she hasn't taken it off since! It arrived the day after I ordered it despite the snow and ice and was very well packaged in a sturdy box. The gilet itself has a quality feel with good quality fabrics and a really good zip. The tailored fit is really nice and certainly more flattering than the old version. Sizes seem to be pretty much bang on, go by the size chart and you should have no problems. Highly Recommended all round.

The Best Body warmer ever!

Bought this in Bordeaux Red, it's a lovely burgundy colour. It was received very quickly & packaged extremely well. I would say that the sizes in this North Face Nupste Vest are quite generous (I could have probably got away with a size smaller but have kept it as its great if you want to wear a thick fleece / hoodie underneath. (Hope this helps prospective purchasers).You wont be disappointed with this body warmer it's the best & I can't recommend Webtogs highly enough. Thank you.
