Amazing!
I couldn't believe how small and light this mattress is. Very comfortable to sleep on and I'm hoping I will stay warm next year when I climb the Inca Trail.

Sleep Like a Log Every Night
I got this free when I bought the Western Mountaineering Summerlite long Sleeping Bag. I thought at first it would be a little too short for me, as I'm 6'4" and like to have a sleeping mat that comes to my feet and not just my knees, but the Therma-rest Prolite Regular is the perfect length!
If you're 6'5" you may want bigger, but otherwise this is a great length and width.
I use mine on varying types of ground, it has always been comfortable and I have always fallen asleep as quickly as I do at home.
It self-inflates very well, within seconds. It can be deflated and rolled up in just one minute,or used effectively as extra support for your backpack.
It's also very light for this kind of sleeping mat. Most others weigh nearly, if not more than 1Kg, whereas this one is barely 0.5Kg.
This wasn't my intended sleeping mat, but now I have it, I wouldn't swap it.

A good night's rest
Used first time on a cycle-camping tour. Excellent for making sure my not-so-young bones got a good night's rest and also packed sooooo samll and very light. Spot on.
