Keeping your feet warmCushioning zones and DuraWool in the Xsocks Trekking Mountain retain warmth around the feet. They prevent cold surrounding air penetrating through to your feet. Yet the cushioning zones and protectors that are typical of X-SOCKS do more than merely protect against the cold – they also reduce the strain that is specific to trekking and provide excellent protection for the toes and heels. Stability is provided by the tried and tested X-Cross Bandage. In addition to providing protection against cold, the Xsocks Trekking Mountain also control any arising moisture. No matter how cold it is outside – even at subzero temperatures – feet continuously give off moisture. If this moisture is retained in the shoes, the feet cool down. The AirConditioning Channel ensures that this does not happen. With every step, each foot continuously pumps air out of the shoe through the AirConditioning Channel.
