Built on experience
South West Mountain Sports, including the Webtogs brand, are online retailers of outdoor clothing and equipment. Our team are dedicated to bring you the best outdoor products, backed by many years of hands-on experience and multi-award-winning customer service.
Every member of our team has been selected for their specialist knowledge, skills and commitment to providing the highest quality of service, advice and support. The result is an unrivalled online shopping experience, brands you can trust and most importantly, happy customers
Our values are simple. We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction in everything we do. As an e-commerce retailer of many years, we understand the challenges and frustrations of shopping online, and we try to ensure that everything we do is clear, honest and easy for our customers.
We want to build long-term relationships with our suppliers and customers and as such will do our utmost to make sure that every transaction is smooth and efficient. We don't want to be a faceless retailer, that's why we make sure you can speak to a human being when you need help, and why we are proud to tell you about ourselves.

He's worked in the outdoor industry for his whole career starting in retail then moving to work for North Face and Mountain Equipment. Lucky enough to have travelled, backpacked, cycled, and climbed all over the world where he gained a great understanding of the huge difference decent kit makes. The last couple of winters he's got back into playing rugby again where he hasn't learned anything about kit, but has learned that bruises can come in a huge range of colours, and the sound of snapping bones is not very nice.
Born and raised in Australia, she grew up in Victoria living life next to the beach and the bush. Sue runs the warehouse operations for our brands, as well as dealing with the rigours of HR! Travelling has been replaced with gardening, walking the dog, riding her bike and occasional camping trips. Her favourite brand is Marmot as she finds the clothing fits the bootilicious lady
Enjoys most activities as long as they are outside! Most weekends she can be found with her son Max, long suffering boyfriend Jig and their dog Nelson, either sport climbing or wakeboarding around the south coast. When the weather turns and the winter arrives, she spends a lot of time at St Werburghs (under cover) rock climbing centre in Bristol. She snow boards at least once a year (Max is a crazy little Skier).
After buying his first PC, he started learning game programming, Photoshop and 3D animation. This later led him to produce TV adverts and graphics for games. With the advent of the world wide web, the natural progression was to combine his programing and graphical knowledge with the production of web sites which in turn led to a keen interest in search engine optimization & search engine marketing.
Charlie has been with the team since September 2009 and as Website Manager spends most of his time tweaking and optimising product pages, copywriting and generally keeping the website clean, tidy and interesting. When he's not at work it's more than likely that Charlie's off ski touring in the Alps pursuing the never ending quest for virgin powder.

As our resident geek, Tim is responsible for ensuring that our online services are delivered smoothly and reliably. With an extensive background in technology and marketing dating back to the early days of the web, Tim has been responsible for providing and maintaining an online presence for many organisations ranging from start-ups to multi-national manufacturers. When not huddled over his keyboard Tim can often be found getting very wet and muddy huddled over the handlebars of his mountain bike.
Assistant warehouse manager
He's been doing Triathlons since 1994, and has raced all distances from sprint up to Ironman. Mike can often be seen cycling the country roads of Dorset most weekends, training for the next event. He's been playing the Didgeridoo for 15 years and likes to busk and play Global Funk Music
