Changing the delivery details for your order

When you place an order on webtogs.co.uk, it is added to our system and classified as 'pending'. It keeps it's pending status, until we begin to pack it for dispatch. When this occurs, it's status will change to 'Packing'.

As long as an order has a status of Pending, you can change the delivery address for the order. to do this, go to the account area on webtogs.co.uk, by clicking the 'My Account' button in the top right corner of most pages.

From the Account Home page, select "Show me my Pending Orders". This will show you a list of all Pending orders you have on webtogs.co.uk

Select the order you want to change, and then simply click on the delivery address you would like the order to be sent to.

NOTE: The pending orders page only shows addresses that are already in your delivery address book. If you want your order to be sent to a new address, you will need to add it to your delivery address book.
