Changing the delivery details for your order

When you place an order on webtogs.co.uk, it is added to our system and classified as 'pending'. It keeps it's pending status, until we begin to pack it for dispatch. When this occurs, it's status will change to 'Packing'.

Whilst an order is still Pending, it may be possible to change the delivery address.   If you wish to do this, please contact customer services by telephone and they will be able to help you.
