Delivery Charges
What are the delivery charges for the UK?
If you live in the UK delivery is Free above £30 with our standard super saver delivery.
We have three delivery methods for mainland UK customers, 'Super Saver Delivery' 'Tracked Delivery' and 'Express Delivery'. You can choose which one you would like on the final page of checkout.
Super Saver Delivery is FREE via Royal Mail on orders above £30 and just £2.95 on orders under that, taking 4 - 7 days to arrive with you. Tracked Delivery costs just £3.95, is also with Royal Mail and will take 2 - 3 days, plus you can track your package to your door but will not need a signature. Express Delivery is via a next working day courier, normally Parcelforce and costs just £6.95. A signature will be required or this service.
PLEASE NOTE: Express Delivery is a next 'working' day service. A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include UK bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 2.00pm. Please also note that we cannot offer express delivery to the Highlands and Islands and BFPO addresses.
What are the delivery charges for Europe?
Delivery is via courier (Usually Parcelforce/GLS Euro Priority Business) and will arrive within 1 – 10 business days depending on the delivery destination. Please note that you will need to sign for your parcel. For a more accurate timescale, please see our table list below.
Delivery is FREE depending on the value of your order and the country you live in.
Example 1: If you live in Austria, to qualify for free delivery, the value of your order will need to be greater than £420.00. If not, then the delivery charge incurred will be £20.99
Example 2: If you live in Belgium, to qualify for free delivery, the value of your order will need to be greater than £340.00 If not, then the delivery charge incurred will be £14.99.

Customs and Import charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you have any doubt please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Territories
Territories of the countries which we deliver to can cause some discrepancies with delivery. Examples of these would be for us to deliver to Great Britain but not the Falkland Islands, we deliver to France but not Corsica, and we deliver to Italy but not to Sardinia. If you live in a territory that is part of a country we deliver to and are unsure please contact our customer service department.
If I use a voucher code, will that affect my free delivery?
In short, no. The delivery charge break point is calculated on your original order. If a voucher or other offer subsequently takes your basket value below the break point, the delivery is still free.
