Delivery Charges
What are the delivery charges for the UK?
If you live in the UK delivery is Free on absolutely everything!
We have three delivery methods for mainland UK customers, 'Standard Delivery' 'Tracked Delivery' and 'Express Delivery'.
Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail 1st class and will take 1 - 3 days to arrive with you. Tracked Delivery is also with Royal Mail and will again take 2 - 3 days, plus, you can track your package to your door. Express Delivery is via a next working day courier, normally Parcelforce.
If your order is more than £200, you will automatically qualify for FREE Express Delivery and will get your order on the next working day (with the exception of Highlands and Islands)
If your order is under £200, you will get FREE standard or tracked delivery. You can choose to upgrade your delivery to Express Delivery during checkout, for an additional £5.99 fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Express Delivery is a next 'working' day service. A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 2.00pm. Please also note that we cannot offer express delivery to the Highands and Islands and BFPO addresses.
What are the delivery charges for Europe?
Delivery is via courier (normally Parcelforce Euro Priority Home) and will arrive within 1 – 7 business days (please note that you will need to sign for your parcel).
Delivery is FREE depending on the value of your order and the country you live in.
Example 1: If you live in Austria, to qualify for free delivery, the value of your order will need to be greater than £275. If not, then the delivery charge incurred will be £26.99.
Example 2: If you live in Belgium, to qualify for free delivery, the value of your order will need to be greater than £150. If not, then the delivery charge incurred will be £13.99.

If I use a voucher code, will that affect my free delivery?
In short, no. The delivery charge break point is calculated on your original order. If a voucher or other offer subsequently takes your basket value below the break point, the delivery is still free.
