Delivery Charges

If you spend more than £50, you don't pay any delivery charges.

However, if you're order comes to less than £50, we charge £5.99 for postage and packing. There are no other delivery charges. Note: we currently only delivery to the UK. For more details on exactly where we deliver, take a look at the Where we deliver help page.

My basket comes to £49.99, can i get free delivery anyway?

Well, here's the thing; we have to set the break point for free delivery somewhere. If we set it at, say, £45, then the same issue applies to baskets of £44.99. We know it's frustrating to miss out on free delivery for the sake of 1p, but most people who end up with baskets very close to £50 find something small to add to their basket to get it over the free delivery breakpoint. After all, it's got to be better to get something else you may need, rather than pay for delivery. If I use a voucher code, will that affect my free delivery?

In short, no. The delivery charge break point (£50) is calculated on your original order. If a voucher or other offer subsequently takes your basket value below £50, the delivery is still free.
