How do I return gear?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every order you make on webtogs.co.uk. We understand, that sometimes, you will want to return items to us, for either a refund or an exchange.

Our ZERO Hassle returns policy, covers your returns, for any reason, up to 60 days from the day the order arrived with you. All we ask is that the items you return to us are complete with all tags and packaging and have not been used outdoors.

How soon will I get my refund?

We will refund your card on the same day we receive your returned items. This normally takes 3 working days to appear as a refund on your statement. You can track the status of your returned items in the account area, by clicking the 'Show me all my orders' link.

We show prices in both UK Pounds and Euros to help you whilst browsing the Webtogs site.

When you checkout your order, however, you will be charged in UK Pounds (£). Your payment card provider will convert the cost of your order from UK Pounds into your local currency for you.

It’s important to realise that the exchange rate your card provider uses may differ from the daily rate we use to show you prices in Euros.
