How do I return gear?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every order you make on webtogs.co.uk. We understand, that sometimes, you will want to return items to us, for either a refund or an exchange.

Our ZERO Hassle returns policy, covers your returns, for any reason, up to 30 days from the day the order arrived with you.

To return an item or items, simply log on to your account page, by clicking the 'My Account' button in the top right hand corner of most pages. Then select 'I want to return an item' from the menu in the centre of the screen. Follow the 3 step process to generate the unique RMA number, that we need to process your return.

How soon will i get my refund?

We will refund your card on the same day we receive your returned items. This normally takes 3 working days to appear as a refund on your statement. You can track the status of your returned items in the account area, by clicking the 'Show me all my orders' link.
