We are totally committed to bringing you the best outdoor gear here in the UK, but we also want to go one step further and ensure you pay the lowest price for it! Sometimes though, we occasionally miss cheaper prices from our competitors, so we have an easy and straightforward Price Promise we want to make to you. If you find an item available on another website cheaper than ourselves, simply get in contact with us and we will do our very best to match it!
Terms & Conditions
- Give us a ring on 0117 911 3869 to let us know where you have found the cheaper price. Alternatively, please mail us at customer.services@webtogs.com with the name of the product, price you have found it for, delivery charge, URL of the web page, your name, email, telephone, and address.
- Our Price Promise is applicable to any competitor here in the UK with the exception of sale / clearance items, auction sites, prices including voucher codes or private sales.
- Products being price matched must be NEW and have an identical specification (e.g this years model, colour, size).
- The product must be in stock at a competitor, and available for immediate delivery, we also have to be able to confirm this with them.
- Prices must be inclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
- Price promise excludes all in store only promotions.
- If you have already received your item, you must advise us of a difference in price within 10 days of receipt of your item.
- All our Price Promises are at the discretion of Webtogs.
- Webtogs reserves the right to suspend or withdraw this promise at any time.
