Problems with your delivery.
There are several ways we dispatch goods so if your parcel has not arrived as yet or if there are any problems, we need to work out how we sent it to you.
If your order is under £100 and delivered within the UK, it will have been sent via Royal Mail. Please head here to find out what to do if your parcel has not arrived as yet.
If your order is between £100 - £200 and delivered within the UK, it will have been sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Please head here to find out what to do if your parcel has not arrived as yet.
If your order is over £200 and is sent within the UK, or you have chosen Express Delivery, we will have sent it via Parcelforce. Head here for information on what to do if your parcel has not arrived as yet.
If your order has been sent outside of the UK we use our friends at Parcelforce again. Head here for more information on what to do if you haven’t got your goodies yet.
Royal Mail
With Royal Mail, although the vast majority of our post goes through for the next working day, there are occasionally delays. Most missing items generally appear within 2- 3 working days, but sometimes it can take up to 12 working days for items to come through. We do not track orders that are sent via Royal Mail.
If your order has gone missing, please wait until 9 working days after dispatch before contacting the Webtogs team. We feel really bad when any order goes missing, but we can’t do anything with Royal Mail until those 12 days have passed. If your parcel has still not come out in the wash after 9 days or for any other problem, (damaged package, alien abduction, wrong item etc) then drop us a note at either customer.services@webtogs.com or give us a tinkle on 0117 911 3869
Royal Mail Tracked
All items sent in the UK between the value of £100 and £200 are dispatched using the Royal Mail tracked service.
When your parcel is dispatched, we will send a confirmation mail along with a tracking reference number such as IX0275481. You can track all parcels sent by Royal Mail here

If your order has not arrived and it is marked as delivered, please check with your neighbours first. If it is still missing or for any other problem such as a delayed or damaged parcel, please give us a shout at customer.services@webtogs.com or ring on 0117 911 3869
Parcel Force
All items sent in the UK for Express Delivery or for orders over £200 are sent via our friends at Parcelforce.
When your parcel is dispatched, we will send a confirmation mail along with a tracking reference number such as IX0275481. You can track all parcels sent by Parcelforce here http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw . If there are any problems, please check the tracking to see where your order is and if it is out for delivery.
If your order has not arrived and it is marked as delivered, please check with your neighbours in the first instance (don’t forget to say hi from us). If it is still missing or for any other problem such as a delayed or damaged parcel, please give us a nod at customer.services@webtogs.com or ring on 0117 911 3869
Parcelforce - International Orders
All items sent outside of the UK are sent via Parcel Force and their partners. Average delivery time frame is 48 Hours but some countries take longer. You can see all our delivery timeframes here.
When your parcel is dispatched, we will send a confirmation mail along with a tracking reference number such as EE430671601GB and 982624969125. You can track all parcels sent by Parcelforce here . If there are any problems, please check the tracking in the first instance to see where your order is and if it is on its way to you.
If your order has not arrived and it is marked as delivered, please check with your neighbours. If it is still missing or for any other problem such as a delayed or damaged parcel, please give us a nod at customer.services@webtogs.com or ring on 0117 911 3869
When you checkout your order, however, you will be charged in UK Pounds (£). Your payment card provider will convert the cost of your order from UK Pounds into your local currency for you.
It’s important to realise that the exchange rate your card provider uses may differ from the daily rate we use to show you prices in Euros.
