Problems with your delivery.


There are several ways we dispatch goods, so if your parcel has not arrived as yet or if there are any problems, we have listed a brief help guide for each service we use. On your dispatch email we will have specified which way we sent your parcel.

If you have chosen Super Saver delivery, it will have been sent via Royal Mail. Please head here to find out what to do if your parcel has not arrived as yet.

If you have chosen Royal Mail Tracked, Please head here to find out what to do if your parcel has not arrived as yet.

If your order is over £200 and is sent within the UK, or you have chosen Express Delivery, we will have sent it via Parcelforce. Head here for information on what to do if your parcel has not arrived as yet.

If your order has been sent outside of the UK we use our friends at either TNT or Parcelforce again. Head here for more information on what to do if you haven’t got your goodies yet.


Royal Mail


With Royal Mail, although the majority of our post goes through within the next few working days, there are occasionally delays. Most missing items generally appear within 4-5 working days, but sometimes it can take up to 12 working days for items to come through. We do not track orders that are sent via our Fee Super Saver option.

It is always worth trying your local sorting office to see if your goods have been left there, and the card has been misplaced or is missing at your address. 

We feel really bad when any order goes missing, but we can’t do anything with Royal Mail until those 12 working days have passed. Please give us a call on [phone] or drop us a mail to customer.services@webtogs.com so we can send you a denial of receipt. This form is a simple tick box form which you need to send back to us in the prepaid envelope which we provide. As soon as we receive the form back, we can either refund you in full or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer. We will then deal with the Royal Mail claim on your behalf.

Royal Mail Tracked

Customers also have a choice of a Royal Mail tracked service at checkout which is a 2-3 day service tracked to your door.

When your parcel is dispatched, we will send a confirmation mail along with a tracking reference number such as IX0275481. You can track all parcels sent by Royal Mail here  http://track.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track. If there are any problems, please check the tracking to see where your order is.

If your order has not arrived and it is marked as delivered, please check with your neighbours first. If it is still missing or for any other problem such as a delayed or damaged parcel, please give us a shout at customer.services@webtogs.com or ring on [phone]



Parcel Force


All items sent in the UK for Express Delivery are sent via our friends at Parcelforce.

When your parcel is dispatched, we will send a confirmation mail along with a tracking reference number such as IX0275481. You can track all parcels sent by Parcelforce here http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw . If there are any problems, please check the tracking to see where your order is and if it is out for delivery.

If your order has not arrived and it is marked as delivered, please check with your neighbours in the first instance (don’t forget to say hi from us). If it is still missing or for any other problem such as a delayed or damaged parcel, please give us a nod at customer.services@webtogs.com or ring on  [phone]


International Orders


All items sent outside of the UK are sent via TNT for most European Countries, and Parcelforce for Norway and Switzerland. Average delivery time frame is 72 Hours but some countries take longer. You can see all our delivery timeframes here.

When your parcel is dispatched, we will send a confirmation mail along with a tracking reference number such as EE430671601GB or 982624969125. You can track all orders sent by TNT here. You can track either by using the tracking reference number, or by inputting your order id on their tracking page as a "reference" no. For Switzerland and Norway you can track all parcels sent by Parcelforce here . If there are any problems, please check the tracking in the first instance to see where your order is and if it is on its way to you.
