FREE UK Delivery on orders over £30
Whatever you buy from us, on all orders over £30, if you live in mainland UK, free delivery will always be an option. We also offer free delivery throughout the EU with a minimum spend. Check out our delivery charge breakdown here.
We have three delivery methods for mainland UK customers, 'Super Saver Delivery' 'Tracked Delivery' and 'Express Delivery'. You can choose which one you would like on the final page of checkout.
ZERO Hassle Returns
We give you 60 days to return any item for exchange or refund. All replacement items are sent out to you free of charge, we don't charge re-stocking fees and will refund any purchase you make, subject to our very reasonable terms and conditions, which you can browse here.
Occasionally, items we send our customers are defective. If you're unlucky enough to get a defective item from us, we will pay ALL the postage costs and either replace it or refund you. All at no cost to you. For faulty items that fall outside our returns window, we will do everything we can to source a replacement for you from the brand concerned.

Everything is IN STOCK
Now, where have you heard that before? At Webtogs, we make this promise and we mean it. If a product shows as 'In Stock', then it's sat in our warehouse. A small percentage of products show as "on the way" and these items always belong to a confirmed order with our suppliers and will arrive with us in the near future.
Very occasionally we misplace the odd item, but we will always call or email (usually both) our customers and let them know exactly what the issue is and when they can expect their parcel to arrive.
