Completely FREE Delivery
Whatever you buy from us, however much it costs, if you live in mainland UK, delivery will always be free. We also offer free delivery throughout the EU, but that's with a minimum spend.
You can also upgrade your free delivery to our Express service, which gets to you the next working day, but this is at a small additional cost. You can view our full delivery charge breakdown here.
ZERO Hassle Returns
We give 60 days (not the usual 7) and ship any replacement items out to you free of charge. We don't charge re-stocking fees and will refund any purchase you make in full, subject to our very reasonable terms and conditions, which you can browse here.
Occasionally, items we send our customers are defective. If you're unlucky enough to get a defective item from us, we will pay ALL the postage costs and either replace it or refund you. All at no cost to you. For faulty items that fail outside our 60 day returns window, we will do everything we can to source a replacement for you from the brand concerned. Again, not many outdoor retailers do this!

NO Charge until Dispatch
We never, ever, charge our customers cards until Rob (our friendly delivery man) puts the box on the van. If an item is out of stock, or we can't deliver to you for any reason, we won't charge your card.
Everything is IN STOCK
Now, where have you heard that before? At Webtogs, we make this promise and we mean it. If a product shows as 'In Stock', then it's sat in OUR warehouse. A small percentage of products show as "on the way", these items always belong to a confirmed order with our suppliers and will arrive with us in the near future.
Very occasionally we misplace the odd item, but we ALWAYS call or email (usually both) our customers and let them know exactly what the issue is and when they can expect their parcel to arrive.
Your Personal Data
We hate spam just as much as you. We don't EVER share your personal details with anyone. When you trust us with your email address, we make 100% sure the information is safe and we never pass it on to any third party. You can read more about our privacy policy here.
When you checkout your order, however, you will be charged in UK Pounds (£). Your payment card provider will convert the cost of your order from UK Pounds into your local currency for you.
It’s important to realise that the exchange rate your card provider uses may differ from the daily rate we use to show you prices in Euros.
