Buying for someone else

When you checkout items on webtogs, you can enter any delivery address you choose, as long as it falls within where we deliver. But, remember, your billing address will need to match your payment card statement.

Follow the instructions below to enter a different delivery address:

First time users

First, click the checkout button from your shopping basket page. After you have created your account on webtogs.co.uk, you will be taken to the delivery address page. Simply enter the address of the person you want to send the order to.

Repeat customers

First, click the checkout button from your shopping basket page. After you have logged in to your account, you will be taken to the order summary page. From here you can add a new delivery address by clicking the "Add new address" button on the right hand side of the page.

You will then be taken to the add new delivery address page. Follow the instructions next to each box, to enter the delivery address for this order. When you have finished, click the 'continue' button.

You can now confirm your order as normal. The card you have selected will be charged for the order and the order will be delivered to the new address you have entered. You can track the progress of this order in the normal way.

Gift wrapping

We do not currently offer a gift wrapping service. We will be looking to offer this service at some point in the future.
