Closing your account

We're very sorry that you want to close your account. If you are unhappy with the service you've had, either on webtogs.co.uk or when dealing with Webtogs staff, please take the time to tell us what was wrong and how we might better serve you and other customers in the future.

You are, of course, free to close your account with us at any time.

Please email us at closeaccount@webtogs.co.uk, clearly stating the email address you use to log in to your account on webtogs.co.uk. We will then send you an email, using the email address you use to log in to webtogs.co.uk, containing a secure link. Simply click on the link and follow the instructions on screen. We will then close your account within 2 working days and remove any information we hold in our database.

If you want to close an account that uses an email address you no longer have access to, you will need to call us.

If you have any outstanding orders we are unable to close your account until these have been finalised. If you have an outstanding return, we will close your account after we have recieved the goods and the refund has been processed. You can cancel an outstanding return here.

Please note, if you close your account with us, you will loose your order history, address book and and stored payment card details.
