Keen are one of the coolest footwear brands to emerge in recent times, and are consistently churning out new and innovative products season after season. Already huge in America, Keen is making a march over to Europe and Webtogs are extremely proud to be the largest retailer of Keen Shoes, Sandals and Walking Boots in the UK.
Keen started out when a couple of guys kept getting fed up of stubbing their toes whenever they wore sandals in their boat. And so the Newport sandals with their distinctive, protective toe cap were born. From then on Keen have developed and innovated shoes, boots, sandals, flips and slides which have been so popular simply because they are so comfortable.
All Keen products are developed with the consumer in mind and they really are a ‘business with a conscience’. The Keen Hybrid.Care programme, dedicated to charitable work and environmental responsibility has invested $5.5 Million in good causes since the company was founded in 2003. Materials used in the construction of Keen footwear come from recycled sources wherever possible, making Keen a true eco brand.
The upper is made from Nubuck leather which is durable and waterproof which further adds to the protection of the Keen.Dry lining which keeps the wet out and allows your feet to breathe, letting sweat out and keeping you from having damp feet. Keen have done a nice job with the styling of the Bryce and they make a great alternative to a walking shoe.
